I purchased this after seeing it on tv, for use in my boat. It is pricey but I figured if it works, it will be worth it. After cleaning everything, I applied it to the underside of the hard top, inside the cabin on all the cushions and upholstery, on all the life jackets, seats, cushions, etc. It has been at least 2 months now, here is humid FL, and I have not seen one spot of mildew come back on anything. With the rain and the humidity, I would have expected to see some spots by now, but have not. I am confident that this product works, and feel like it was worth buying. I plan to purchase it again, and also the blue label imperial wash. This works well for boats, but I could also see it being used on patio furniture, and items being stored in a shed or storage unit, where mold and mildew could be a problem.

We ordered this product for carpeted storage compartments in our boat that were getting a strong musty smell. The first application made most of the odor disappear and presumably killed whatever was causing it. Sprayed again a couple weeks later and the odor was completely gone.
